Sweet Potato Pancakes

&lt;p&gt;I had this for breakfast this morning(along with fruit). I love these pancakes; they’re the perfect combination of complex carbs, protein and fats to refuel after an amazing workout and topped with all natural almond butter these will make your taste buds sing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will need:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 small sweet potato,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 organic free range eggs or 4 egg whites&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon of coconut flour  (you can sub this with any flour of your choice or even protein powder)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ground cinnamon and ground vanilla to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A little bit of water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Optional: stevia for extra sweetness&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Prepare the sweet potato as you usually would (I like to steam or bake mine), then mash it up with a fork, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook in a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil on medium heat. Top with your topping of choice (highly recommend all natural almond butter) and enjoy. Have a lovely and healthy day guys.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;cacoa semi-sweet chips (your preference of percentage of “darkness”)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;blackberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;(vegan) granola&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Instructions:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave or stove.  Do NOT boil the chocolate - simply soften the chips and continually stir them.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stick the blackberry with a wooden skewer or fork, and then dip them in the chocolate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pour granola in a bowl or plate.  Roll the blackberry covered in chocolate in the granola.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the blackberries on a wax sheet or plastic container and then place them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Enjoy!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Approx macros for ONE blackberry ball: 59 calories, 2g protein, 3g carbs, 3g fats&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Instrucciones:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Derretir el chocolate en un bol en el microondas o estufa. NO hervir el chocolate - simplemente suavizar las virutas y revolverlas continuamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Pegar la mora con una brocheta de madera o tenedor, y luego sumergirlos en el chocolate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Verter granola en un tazón o plato. Rodar la mora cubierta en chocolate en la granola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Colocar las moras en una hoja de cera o de plástico y colocar en el refrigerador durante por lo menos 3 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

After realizing that a woman was running, race organizer Jock Semple went after Switzer shouting, “Get the hell out of my race and give me those numbers.” However, Switzer’s boyfriend and other male runners provided a protective shield during the entire marathon.The photographs taken of the incident made world headlines, and Kathrine later won the NYC marathon with a time of 3:07:29. &lt;p&gt;im a pretty pathetic runner eh?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;well i didnt know what cross country running was until the end of my sophmore year. and even then i didnt have the internet readily available to me to learn all the amazing things i can now about the sport of running. then when i got into college i was so much more into art than anything else.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;but in realtime, i had only learned about the boston marathon a few weeks ago from reading a few articles in my runners world magazine. and of course i found it interesting and exciting that such an event was coming up. i took no note of the date or time. and bam! theres the news. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i felt so sorry for those people. and i realize that mostly bystanders were affected. these people supporting the runners were the most affected. and it was so sad in all. these are people rooting for their children and spouses and friends. and they may have even been people that wished they themselves were in the race.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i really hope some justice is found. i really hope its not a terrosist attack either. &lt;/p&gt;
